Chef Alejandro Bolar is based out of Atlanta,GA where he was born and raised. After a year spent at Fort Valley State University with a undecided major Alex took off a semester and got his first taste of working in restaurants. Shortly after went on to receive his Culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta. After working at various restaurants around Atlanta, including Better Half, the young cook continues to cook by starting his own Pop-Up Restaurant "Eclair".
Established in 2017, husband-and-wife Oliver Honderd and Paula Seville started the business MOVEABLE FEAST ATL. Formerly of Atlanta nieghbors, Bocca Lupo and Gunshow, Oliver with Paula began the farm-to-table catering company that prepares amazing food sourced, almost exclusively, from ethically-driven Georgia farmers.
